In Week 9 of our Digital Skills Course 5.2.24 we were asked to create a poster for Foundation Furniture Ltd to promote their new range of library  furniture. This company designs and manufactures high-quality furniture mainly schools.

 

I chose images from a larger competitor's website, Community Playthings that also designs and creatures their own range, also in the UK. They offer products of similar quality, with the same sustainable/family business ethos, but on a larger scale.

 

Community Playthings uses imagery that I feel is more engaging than the current images on Foundation Furnitures's website. I also played around with the font and logo to make them more playful and modern.

I wanted to show Foundation Furniture what is possible with a refresh of colours and design.
